A note from Miami Alumni Kappa Foundation: The Miami Alumni Kappa Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) organization, is the philanthropic arm of the Miami Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. We are hosting a golf tournament with a goal of raising funds to support The Miami Alumni Kappa League Youth Program. For over 50 years the Miami Alumni Chapter has mentored young men in our community with a focus on assisting those young men to become productive citizens, future leaders, and outstanding fathers when the time came. One of our primary mission is to expose our participants to the many positive opportunities that are available such as college, careers, community service, and spiritual guidance. Many of our young men come from single parent households and endure daily exposure to negative influences in school and their communities. We sponsor programs such as college tours, after school and weekend mentoring programs, field trips and provide college scholarships to our young men for their college education.
